Spree PIM ERP Integration
This integration enables fully automated, one-way (or two-way) synchronization of product-related data (including images) with Spree Commerce. It supports custom data, functionality, and business processes, regardless of complexity. Data synchronization can be performed manually or on a time schedule, flexibly configured for each data feed or group of feeds. Spree PIM ERP Integration (Spree PIM ERP Connector) uses data feed grouping to ensure consistency and completeness of synchronized data. All feed configurations are fully transparent, flexible, and customizable to meet your evolving business needs within Spree Commerce.
We offer two options for Spree Commerce Integration:
- PIM Integration – Integration with AtroCore/AtroPIM as a PIM Software for product-related data exchange.
- Full Integration – Integration with AtroCore to exchange products and any additional data.

Spree Commerce PIM Connector ("PIM Integration" option)
An e-commerce platform like Spree Commerce is not a complete solution for organizing processes for preparing, enriching, and translating product information, as well as creating and storing digital assets. You need a Product Information Management System (PIM) for that. Spree Commerce PIM Connector makes it possible to manage the product information in your PIM Software, acting as a single source of truth. A PIM System is used for product data enrichment, translation, and syndication. It can also manage your product images and other digital assets.
Use AtroPIM as an excellent addition to your e-commerce platform for managing your product data. AtroPIM has all the necessary features to manage your product-related information and organize the related processes and digital assets.
Integration Platform for Spree Commerce ("Full Integration" option)
AtroCore can be used as a fully-fledged Integration Platform to integrate your Spree Commerce with any third-party software, e.g., your ERP Software. It can automatically pull and push data from one system to another, all based on individual time schedules for each feed.
What do you get for the price?
Whichever integration option you choose, for a stated price you get:
- Modules required for integration (as purchased license, see the table below)
- One-time configuration of data feeds to meet your business needs.
This product is a solution. Recurring costs may only be incurred by purchasing update licenses for the included modules or by making adjustments to the configurations (which can also be done by you). These are not included in the price. Integration with your ERP software is not included.

Technical Details
- Data exchange is done via the Spree's RESTful API. No additional software is required.
- All available data types, including images and other digital assets, are supported.
- Integration is implemented via the configuration of multiple data feeds.
- Data is transferred by running these data feeds based on configurable, custom time schedules.
- Any data structure can be applied for any data format (XML, JSON, CSV, etc.)
- Unilateral or bilateral data synchronization from or to Spree Commerce is possible.
- There are no restrictions that could limit the integration's performance.
