This integration allows for seamless, automated synchronization of product-related data, including images, with SAP S/4HANA. It can handle custom data, features, and business processes of any complexity. Data synchronization can be conducted manually or on a scheduled basis, with flexible settings for each data feed or group of feeds. The SAP S/4HANA PIM E-Commerce Integration (SAP S/4HANA PIM E-Commerce Connector) ensures data consistency and completeness by utilizing data feed grouping. All feed configurations are completely transparent, adaptable, and customizable to suit your evolving business needs within SAP S/4HANA.
We provide two integration options for SAP:
- PIM Integration – Connect with AtroCore/AtroPIM as a PIM software to exchange product-related data.
- Full Integration – Utilize AtroCore to exchange products and any additional data.

Utilizing an open-source PIM like AtroPIM provides comprehensive features for managing product-related data and workflows. By implementing AtroPIM, your SAP system can offload the handling of ancillary information, ensuring it focuses on core activities like order processing, inventory management, and contract administration.
Integration Platform for SAP S/4HANA ("Full Integration" option)
AtroCore functions as a robust Integration Platform, seamlessly linking your SAP S/4HANA with various third-party software, including your E-Commerce Software. It enables automatic data transfer between systems, scheduled according to the specific needs of each data feed.
We also offer integration to ensure the automatic transfer of the prepared product data to your websites, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms such as Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), Shopify, Amazon, OTTO, Shopware, and others. Apart from that, AtroPIM AI integration enables even quicker and more effective product data processing and content generation. AtroPIM software, which is a module for AtroCore Integration Platform, ensures seamless data exchange, supporting collaboration with external partners and integration with various third-party systems.

No matter which integration option you select, the stated price includes:
- The necessary modules for integration (as per the purchased license, refer to the table below)
- A one-time setup of data feeds tailored to your business requirements.
This product is a comprehensive solution. The only recurring costs are for purchasing update licenses for the included modules or modifying configurations (which you can perform yourself). These are not covered in the initial price. Integration with your E-Commerce software is also not included.
