The Reports module allows you to create and view reports for your data easily. You can group your records by specific fields and calculate different values, such as sums, averages, maximums, and minimums. These reports are displayed on your Dashboard in a simple table format.

This module allows you to:

• Create reports by choosing the entity (like products or sales), and group the records by field (e.g., product category or brand).
• Calculate the total, average, or other statistics based on the grouped data with the following aggregation options:
  • COUNT
  • SUM
  • AVG
  • MAX
  • MIN
• Click on the report numbers to view more detailed information. For example, clicking the total number of products will show you a list of those products and other interactive data.

You can create two types of reports:

• Summary report: Groups data by one or more fields and displays various calculations (sum, average, etc.).
• Crosstable report: Groups data by two fields and shows the information in a table with rows and columns.

How It Works:

1. Create a Report: Choose a name, entity, and fields to group the data by.
2. Apply Filters: Optionally, you can filter the data (e.g., by category or status) to focus on specific information.
3. Add to Dashboard: Once the report is ready, you can add it for easy access.

The Reports module is designed to give you an overview of your business data in a straightforward, visual way, without requiring technical knowledge.
