Data Quality Module

The Data Quality module helps businesses assess and improve the accuracy of their data. It allows users to define custom validation rules and provides a flexible scoring system to evaluate data quality in percentages.

This module enables users to:

Create both simple and complex validation rules.
Check the presence and correctness of field values based on custom rules.
Verify relationships between data, such as ensuring that a product has associated products.
Ensure that images are properly assigned, including verifying that a main image is selected and that a minimum number of images (e.g., at least four) are added.
Identify attributes that are recommended for completion and monitor their fill rate.
Control the length of descriptions and check for specific formatting requirements, such as the presence of lists or bold text.
Receive percentage-based quality assessments, with each check having its own score factor, allowing different weights for rules in the overall evaluation.
Enjoy fast calculations that do not affect import or batch processing speeds.
Analyze any fields and attributes without impacting their required status in the system.
Each check can have a unique name, description, and tooltip for user simplicity.
Click on a quality check name to highlight the relevant fields for that check.
Display a status icon for all fields relevant to a quality check.
Automatically position all status icons to the right of the field label.

Additionally, a new check icon has been introduced. When clicked, the fields associated with a specific check are highlighted in different colors. This visual aid helps users quickly identify the fields that require changes.

The Data Quality module provides detailed control over data validation, allowing users to configure rules flexibly, assess their significance, and maintain high data accuracy.
